My problem is with Kam Transport. My taxi was booked for the 27th September, so I contacted Kam Transport at about 12 to 13:30 on the 26th to confirm all was in order. According to the person I spoke to all was arranged. That evening at about 6 o'clock I received a phone call from Kam and he requested the post code of where I was to be picked up, even through he had the physical address. After giving him the code he then informed me I would have to pay an additional 15 pounds for the trip. He even want so far as to say he would not send the driver until I agreed to pay the addition amount. His reason was that the trip was 81 miles, not 76 as he have quoted on, but on the quote I had the millage was given as 81. TOTAL RIPOFF. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TRANSPORTER."
